Approach
Foundations first. Then things that compound.
Most marketing retainers start publishing before the site can support it. We do it the other way around, and we tell you what month you should expect to see what.
The engagement
Weeks 1–2
Audit and baseline
We record how assistants currently answer the questions your clients ask, crawl the site, and document the technical and entity gaps. You get the baseline in writing — including the parts that are already fine.
Weeks 3–6
Foundation
Technical remediation and structured data ship first. This is unglamorous work and it is also the work that determines whether anything later has an effect.
Weeks 6–12
Answer-shaped publication
Practice-area and question pages go live on a set cadence, each written to answer one thing completely. Everything is reviewed by you before publication — your name is on it.
Month 4 onward
Compounding and citations
Authority building, refreshes on what is moving, and monthly re-testing of the prompt set. Reporting shifts from work delivered to enquiries produced.
Principles
Four things we will not do
We will not invent proof
No stock testimonials, no borrowed case studies, no screenshots of someone else's dashboard. When we have results worth showing, they will be named and verifiable.
We will not publish in your voice without review
A firm's credibility is its inventory. Everything we write about your practice areas goes to you before it goes live.
We will not lock you in
90 days to do the foundational work properly, then rolling monthly. You own every account, property and page we build.
We will not report on vanity
Impressions and rankings are diagnostics, not outcomes. The number at the top of your report is qualified enquiries.
Test the approach before you buy it
The free audit is the first two weeks in miniature — the same checks, the same plain reporting, back within 2 business days.
